These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tannix Leather website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Product Information
Product colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of leather. Each leather product carries its own grain, marking, and texture — these are natural features of genuine leather, not defects.
2. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone or message to confirm order details before processing. An order is considered confirmed only after this verification is completed. Tannix Leather reserves the right to decline any order at this stage if the product is unavailable or if there is an issue with the order details.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and offer either an alternative or a full refund of any payment already made.
4. Pricing & Offers
Product prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice. However, once an order has been confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed for that order. Delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Payment
The applicable product price and delivery charge will be confirmed before the order is processed. Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of purchase. Tannix Leather reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not completed within a reasonable time.
6. Customization
For customized or personalized products:
All required details — including initials, dimensions, or design specifications — must be confirmed before the order is processed.
Once a customized order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Any additional charges for customization will be communicated before order confirmation.
7. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier availability. Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Tannix Leather is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist you in following up with the courier where possible.
8. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made before the order has been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The return and exchange policy will apply instead.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
9. Return & Exchange Policy
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
Eligible for return or exchange:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Product has not been used, altered, or washed.
Original packaging and tags are intact.
Not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
Products where the issue is a natural characteristic of leather (grain, texture, minor marking).
Customized or personalized products, unless damaged or incorrect.
Requests made after the 3-day period.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
10. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
A confirmed product is unavailable and no suitable alternative is offered.
A return is approved under the return policy above.
An order is cancelled before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or an agreed alternative. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
11. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate. We may require the original product to be returned before processing.
12. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, and delivery address when placing an order. Tannix Leather is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tannix Leather website — including the brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, and written content — is the property of Tannix Leather. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this website is not permitted.
14. Limitation of Liability
Tannix Leather's liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
16. Policy Updates
Tannix Leather reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
